At launch there is exactly one Sifu Mobile build. Here is how to think about old versions when they exist.
The current situation
v1.0.254260 is the only public build. There is nothing older to install and no patch to avoid. Play the current build; our review confirms it is the one to beat.
When old versions make sense
A future patch could hurt performance on your phone or introduce a bug. In that case an older build is a reasonable fallback, provided you verify its package name and size exactly as you would any file.
The downgrade cost
Android cannot install an older build over a newer one; you must uninstall first. That wipes your saves and forces the 8 GB data redownload. Weigh that cost honestly before downgrading for a minor issue.
Rule: stay current unless a specific patch breaks your specific phone. Then downgrade deliberately, with backups.
