Sifu Mobile Prologue Guide: Training and First Steps
By David Lin, Action Game Specialist
The prologue is short, and everything after it assumes you were paying attention. Do not skip it.
The training dummy drills
Spend ten minutes on the dummy before leaving. Practice parry timing until you can land five in a row, then dodge in all four directions. These two defenses are the entire game; the parry vs dodge guide explains when each wins.
Your first real fights
The prologue enemies are gentle on purpose. Use them to learn one combo from the best early skills and to practice fighting groups without getting surrounded.
Habits that pay off
Finish the prologue without dying to build clean-fight habits early. Learn the aging rules now, while mistakes are cheap, so the Squats do not teach them expensively.
Prologue checklist: five clean parries, confident dodges, one memorized combo, zero deaths. Then begin.
